No experience? No problem. We’re looking for hardworking, coachable individuals. Our training program will teach you everything you need to know.
You earn a base pay plus a percentage of the revenue generated from each job you complete. The more jobs you complete, the more you earn—there’s no cap!
Not necessarily. If you prefer, we can provide a company vehicle, but if you use your own, we’ll reimburse you for mileage.
Our pool technicians work primarily during the spring and summer, giving you flexibility in the off-season to recharge or pursue other goals.
You’ll gain hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical systems, water chemistry, and mechanics—skills that are valuable in any trade.
Our hiring process is simple and fast! From applying to accepting an offer, it usually takes just a couple of weeks.
