Long Island Vinyl Pool Liners

Chris and Elroy did a fantastic job when they closed my pool. They truly care about doing a professional job and did not leave until they were 100% happy making everything was done perfectly. I had another company for 25 years and they did a good job but not as good as Chris and Elroy. I look forward to seeing them in the spring.

They did a fantastic job. Thank you to Jeanine for coordinating and to Alvaro and his team for a job well done.

The tech Austen was great. Extremely knowledgeable.

Paul Romanelli & Son Pool Service provides excellent service! They are always timely and do an amazing job keeping my pool clean and well maintained. The office staff is wonderful, friendly, and very accommodating. Jeanine is an absolute pleasure to work with! I highly recommend this family-owned pool company for all your pool service needs. You won't be disappointed!

Always on time. Always reliable. Overly communicative. Great service provided. Nice people.

This was my first pool season using Romanelli Pools for both opening and closing. It was a great experience both times, great communication and awesome work by the team. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a new pool service company.

Great team! Chris and Alvaro were very professional, patient, well prepared. They communicated very well and answered all of my questions.

Every single crew from Romanelli pool company has been terrific. So polite and efficient and thorough. I highly recommend them. Jeffrey and his crew today were so good and nice. Thanks.

Good communication, kept me posted, and job well done.

Austin and Joe P were excellent! The pool is closed. Thank you!!

Very reliable company, great service, always show up when they say they will, pool is always clean and clear. Would highly recommend!!

I have been extremely pleased with Romanelli & Son. I have used them for pool school, to open and close my pool, and help with a filter cleaning. As a first time pool owner, I'm extremely grateful to have a friendly, professional, and fairly priced company to help me. They communicate, show up on time, and really go above and beyond. I highly recommend them! Austin in particular has been fabulous!

This is our 3rd season using Romanelli & Sons pool service, including our switch to salt water. They are responsive, courteous and diligent. Our pool looks great. We are very happy with their service and highly recommend this company.

Had Austin and Joe P from Romanelli & Son Pool Service close the pool today. As usual, you guys did a great job!

Technician arrived on time (actually a bit early). He was seriously efficient and very pleasant. The service cost was totally acceptable. Excellent choice. Thank you.

I used this company in May for my opening and throughout the season for maintenance. Today I had my first closing with them which I expected to be canceled due to horrible weather. But they showed up on time and did a wonderful job cleaning and closing my pool to have it ready to go next season. I could not be happier with the service I have received from them.

Sylvia was excellent and did not try to take advantage of my desperate state to get my pool cleaned and functioning. I was given sound advice and a speedy appointment. I will be a customer for life. Just because of how she dealt with me and gave me my estimates and upfront cost. Plus their prices are manageable and reasonable. My technicians were also wonderful, helpful and courteous. All around great experience!!

Professional, knowledgeable, and very respectful employees. Jeanine is such a wonderful woman so helpful and understanding.

Romanelli have been fantastic to work with. They show up exactly when they say they will, communicate clearly when they're on the way, and consistently deliver top-notch work. My pool equipment is non-standard, but they always take the time to understand it, troubleshoot properly, and make sure everything is running perfectly. They also walk me through what they've done. Thanks to them, my pool is always pristine. I plan on being a customer for life.

Nate and Martin closed my pool and were great and efficient!

Austin &Nate closed my pool today. They did a great job. Cleaned up and it’s because of service techs like Austin & Nate I continue to use Romanelli & sons.

Justin and Nate just closed my pool. They were fast, professional and very accommodating. Justin has service my pool a number of times and I have always be completely satisfied with his work. These two are excellent workers, looking forward to having them take care of my pool next year.

TOTALLY recommend this company. I was away and my pool turned a nasty green. Within five days the water is crystal clear. They were very kind on the phone, sent a picture, they were there the next day and then came today to power vacuum it. I appreciate how quick they were and on time. Communication was AWESOME. Thanks Again!!!

I have used this company for over 30 years. They have always been responsive, reliable and professional and they do great work. Justin recently found 3 tears in our liner that were causing leaks, and successfully patched them. He did a great job as always.

Michael was absolutely the best. He was quick, precise, professional and above all did the job like a real pro!! I would recommend this company to everyone!! Thank you.

Justin and Martin are the best. My pool fountains are now controlled on our iPhones. My wife is happy so our house is happy. Thank you. Joe

Thank you Romanelli pool & thank you Anthony for restoring my pool to its optimal look! Anthony is a great service man who is easy to talk to and humble with his knowledge. I am more than happy with Romanelli pool services.

Anthony power-vacuumed our pool today. He was friendly, cordial, and very professional. The pool was left crystal-clear. Anthony also checked the water chemistry, and he reconnected a filter hose that had gotten loose. I would highly recommend Anthony and Romanelli Pool Service.

Had a green pool. Tried everything. Irbin came by and took care of us. We are on the way to a clear pool!!

I had a great experience with Romanelli Pools. The technician Dana was very qualified, professional and nice. She explained everything and gave great advice. I would highly recommend their service. Great job!!!

Matt is customer service at its best Thank you for the phenomenal job

I had an amazing experience with Randy. I finally feel at ease with a company that I can trust to help me with my pool!

Very happy with my first service. The tech was right on time, explained all and advised honestly. After trying with another company that was expensive and unreliable, really happy I called this company. Pool looks clear and power vac was great. Levels properly adjusted. Thank you. I am looking forward to more repair and maintenance!

I have had bad experiences with 3 companies before Romanelli. I finally feel like we can trust the company that is coming to clean our pool and balance our chemicals. Alfonzo has been a big part of this excellent experience. He has helped me navigate the issues I had opening our pool every step of the way and then has continued to proactively checked in with me to make sure everything is going well and that we are enjoying our pool.

Love Romanelli and sons! Andre did an amazing job! We’ve been using them for years

Martin and his partner were amazing! Very efficient and informative. Great at cleaning up the pool and putting things away in the garage!

My entire experience with Paul Romanelli & Son Pool Service Company, has been outstanding. I would without a doubt recommend this company. From my first contact with Jeanine, Silvia and Alfonzo, who aided in my selection of a new filter. To today's installation and opening by two fantastic employee's Daniel and Urban! Daniel who meticulously installed my awesome new filter. While Urban assisted, opened my pool, folded up and stored my loop lock, installed all accessories and chemicals. These were two exemplary kind, polite, skilled professional's.

The men were excellent. Austin and his associate did a perfect job of opening my pool. They were on time and quite considerate. Thank you!

The two technicians Austin & Nate were a pleasure and very professional. My whole experience opening my pool was seamless with no issues! Highly recommend!

I hope that they can maintain this level of service throughout the summer. Jeffrey was wonderful.! He’s very friendly with a no problem I can take care of it attitude

Great communication for scheduling our pool opening. Jeffrey and Austin were fantastic! They opened our pool without any hiccups, were extremely helpful walking us through the system as new pool owners, and troubleshooted all little blips that came up. Highly recommend them and the team overall at Romanelli pools!

Great customer service. Very easy to deal with. And good pricing. I get the weekly service all year so I don't have to think about it. My pool is spotless all year round because of this company.

Arrived on time per earlier text advisory. Worked quickly and well to close Endless Pool and haul hard cover over it for the winter. Will miss it until they reopen come Spring.

As a single Mom with a pool that I tried to take care of myself this year, I ran into some problems with the closing. Rangi in the office was easy to work with to get an appt that worked for me. Danny V and his helper came over to clean out my filter and were the best! They taught me some things I didn't know and graciously answered all my questions. I would recommend this company to all my friends. Will use them again for sure!

I've been a loyal customer for years. From opening and closing our pool to replacing our pool liner which came out great. Most recently we had our pipes, skimmers and jets replaced due to a leak. They were very professional and Pablo guided us through the process. We booked the job and a week later they completed the job in 3 days, just as promised. When it was done, you can't tell that the pool was worked on. I highly recommend them!

I had my pool opened and closed multiple times with this company. Jeffrey and his assistant Kevin, were very knowledgeable and worked very diligently to get the job done while answering all my questions. Great service along with great character. Thanks you.
