It really depends on a few factors such as how often the pool is used, the weather, and the area surrounding the pool.
We recommend that your pool be cleaned at least once a week, but it may require more if it’s been very windy or you’ve had a pool party recently.
You need to ask yourself if you have the time and energy to commit to cleaning the pool at least once a week.
If you enjoy the process and have the time, go for it. Otherwise, we’d suggest hiring a pool cleaning service such as ours to help you keep your pool sparkling clean all season long.
If you neglect your pool maintenance, you’ll be in for a world of trouble. Algae and bacteria will start to thrive, the water will become cloudy and uninviting, and your equipment will start to malfunction. Not to mention, it can be a safety hazard.
In short, not cleaning and maintaining your pool is a recipe for disaster.
Backwashing your pool every week may not be necessary.
It depends on the usage, the environment, and the filtration system. A general rule of thumb is to backwash when the pressure gauge is 8-10 PSI above the normal starting pressure.
However, it’s always good to consult with a professional pool technician to determine the best schedule for your pool.
Swimming in a pool without chlorine is definitely not a good idea. Chlorine is a disinfectant that kills harmful microorganisms and bacteria in the water, making it safe for swimming.
Without it, you’re essentially swimming in a petri dish of germs and bacteria. So, it’s best to stick with a properly chlorinated pool.
As a Weekly or Premier plan member, you will always be at the top of the list when we are scheduling service calls for pool troubleshooting, equipment upgrades, or pool repairs..
If you need a service call, we will be sure to get you on the schedule as soon as possible so we can have your pool fixed up and ready to go fast.
We will add as many pool-balancing chemicals as necessary. This means shock, chlorine tablets, sodium bicarbonate, calcium chloride, muriatic acid, and salt (up to 40 lbs. per visit).
Specialty chemicals that are not included are algaecide, mineral or phosphate remover, water clarifier, and stabilizer (cyanuric acid).
We call it Premier for a reason! The following all receive a 20% discount:
• Labor fees for repairs

• Labor fees for troubleshooting
You will not receive the $39 cancellation fee if you give us notice at least 24 hours before your appointment.
